After obtaining his MBA in Finance in 1988 from Bernard M. Baruch College (CUNY), Mr. Karoon climbed the corporate ladders of prestigious Wall Street firms such as Lehman Brothers, Oppenheimer & Co., and Gruntal & Co. before founding KS Capital Management, Inc.
